DESTONER & SEED GRADER MACHINE
Grader Machine has the following features :

Working of a Grader Machine
Reception hopper receives the grains or seeds from where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and drop the grains and the seeds on the top of the sieve. The grains are subjected to the aspirator fan which clears the dust, straw, chaff etc. After being cleared by the fan , the grains fall on the top screen. According to the width and thickness, the grains passed to the different layers of the sieves. There is a mechanism to clear the sieve perforation. While passing through the screen, the grains again pass through air sifter and aspirator where remaining light particles are cleared. The dust particles and other impurities are collected through separate openings.
Destoner
De-stoner are designed to separate different grains like wheat, rice, pulses, soybeans, etc from grain-sized sand, stones and impurities. They are easy to operate machines with simple and dependable separation by stratifying grains and impurities like stones, metals and glasses.The destoner machine consists of vibration motors and screen. They are also equipped with regulator. The machine can handle the variable flow very easily thereby resulting in high stone removing efficiency.
Salient Features of Destoner Machine
The grains are stratified into heavier and lighter fractions by forcing air through the layer of the grains. This is done through pressure fans. The heavier materials are forced up by the vibrating deck whereas the lighter material is forced down the vibrating deck which exits through the clean product spout. For optimum separation inclination of vibrating deck, feed rate, and air flow can be adjusted. For specific application there are different types of vibrating decks.
